Where this website and a contract differ, the contract prevails without exception. Buyers must satisfy themselves that a material is fit for their intended application; we do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose on the basis of website content.
Quotations
Quotations are valid only for the period stated on the offer document and are subject to the material remaining available and unsold. Metals prices move continuously; where a quotation is linked to an exchange or index, the price basis, quotational period and any premium are stated in the offer itself.
We reserve the right to decline any inquiry, and to withdraw or amend a quotation before it is accepted.

Trade compliance
Any transaction is conditional on compliance with applicable export controls, sanctions regimes, waste-shipment regulation and destination-country import requirements. We screen counterparties and destinations, and we will decline or discontinue business that cannot be conducted lawfully.
You confirm that you are not subject to sanctions, and that you will not use, resell or divert any material supplied in breach of applicable law.
